Before upgrading to their current system, the company faced numerous operational challenges due to use of a legacy system. Their challenges painted a clear picture of the need for a more robust solution:

  • The manual transfer of charge sheet data into invoices and the accounting system was cumbersome, error-prone, and demanded excessive administrative effort.
