Camps & Crew is a technology provider dedicated to simplifying crew movements and remote lodge management. We work with companies in the workforce housing, mining and energy sectors to streamline journey management and day-to-day operations at remote lodges.
OUR MISSION
At Camps and Crew, we have set out to build best-of-breed technology that facilitates day-to-day operations for on-site lodge staff, lodge and project management, travel coordinators, and everyone in-between. Our solutions support all parties working to ensure remote crews are transported and housed safely. Our aim is to increase efficiency across the board to reduce manual processes and the costs associated.
OUR STORY
Our story starts in 1992, when our founder and CEO wrote the first version of our property management system. The software has since been re-developed and is known today as SmartLodge. We installed SmartLodge at its first remote lodge in 2007 at a project in the Canadian Oil Sands, located in Alberta, Canada. For the last fifteen years, we have built a suite of software solutions to facilitate every aspect of crew movement and remote lodging operations.

Our History

1992 - First property management system launched
Camps & Crew’s parent company, Innfinity Software Systems, releases a much earlier iteration of SmartLodge for hotels properties.

2007 - SmartLodge implemented at Canadian Oil Sands lodge

2013 - SmartLodge implemented at hydroelectric mega project
Construction firm implements SmartLodge at their remote lodges near a dam construction project in northern Manitoba, Canada.

2014 - SmartLodge manages most rooms across Permian Basin
SmartLodge becomes the most widely adopted lodge management system across the Permian Basin, managing 10,000+ rooms in the area.

February 2015 - HousekeepingLink taken live across Canada
HousekeepingLink launches, enabling housekeepers to update room status as they clean from a mobile phone or tablet.

October 2015 - SmartLodge rolled out at first mining project
Canadian gold producer implements SmartLodge at three remote lodges in northern British Columbia, Canada.

2016 - EnRoute launched with charter booking capabilities
The first version of EnRoute launches, enabling remote project operators to book charter air, ground transportation and marine vessels.

2017 - Commercial travel content added to EnRoute
Amman Mineral installs SmartLodge at 15+ worksite lodging facilities on the island of Sumbawa, Indonesia.

2018 - SmartLodge implemented at first remote project in APAC
Amman Mineral installs SmartLodge at 15+ worksite lodging facilities on the island of Sumbawa, Indonesia.
